Only local grown tomatoes are used. The time between harvesting and processing does not take more than 8 hours. During processing the tomatoes are washed, chopped into cubes and undergo soft thermo treatment which guarantees the safety and preservation of natural taste.

The tomatoes are harvested and picked at distance not more than 150 km from the factory in Avellino, Napoli, Salerno (Campania region). The perfect climate, lots of sun and the fertile soil grow irresistible by taste tomatoes which are highly appreciated by professional cooks.
Only best selected Italian tomatoes - variety Docet, Taylor, Ercole and Vulcan. In Campania region they accumulate their best taste under the sun.
